Colombo Chief Magistrate today noticed three TNA parliamentarians to appear in court to inquire on an alleged complaint of making defamatory statements against the Constitution of Sri Lanka and threatening the sovereignty of the country at the Pongu Thamil festival held in Germany, 2006.
